For many, style is important to maintain a certain sense of style. You’re heard of buying the right shoes, handbags, jeans or jewelry but what about laptops? The newest trend among laptops are colored laptops. Colored laptops turn a boring looking laptop and turn it into a stylish accessory. Many laptop manufacturers have started building laptops in a variety of colors from pink, blue or even brown.

It all started with Apple building their famous and trendy white Macbooks. Manufacturers like Dell and HP followed suit and perhaps one of the most successful colored laptop manufacturers is Sony with their colored Sony VAIO laptops. One laptop that is especially cool is the super cute Asus EEE PC, which also comes in a variety of colors. I personally own an aqua colored Asus EEE PC and I love it. When out in public with it, I get a number of comments not only about the small size of the computer, but also the color.

As with many products, consumers love things that can be customized and tailored for their specific needs and also to match their personality. Beyond the growth of colored laptops is the growth of all different types of electronic that come in a variety of colors. From MP3 players to digital cameras, colored electronics are very popular.

Among the most popular colored laptops are pink laptops. For a young woman, a pink laptop is the perfect way to express their personality on a machine that has become a necessity for a successful student. For men, a simple black laptop might suffice, but to add a little sense of adventure, a guy might consider a brown or blue laptop. Dell has stepped up and not only provide colored laptops but they also sell colored laptops with textures and designs on them. These trendy laptops look great. My personal favorite is the Espresso brown laptops that they currently available.

colored laptops come in either a glossy or a flat surface. Although the glossy surface looks really cool, are clearly visible fingerprints so I would opt for a non-glossy surface. A matte or glossy surface is much more resistant to fingerprints.

When purchasing a new laptop, is being decided more than it looks outside. Consider the speed, memory size, the size of your hard drive and, of course, the color before buying. Fromlaptopsare not cheap, it’s likely best to find one that you will be happy with for the next few years.
